There are certain tasks that, by their nature, demand more than correct execution. They require judgment, culture, real attention to detail, and the willingness to uphold decisions that aren’t always the easiest\u2014but are the most right for the result. This is the space in which I operate.<\/p>

I often think of film directors remembered as difficult during the process but recognized later for having guided actors to the strongest performances of their lives.<\/p>

The criteria applied to project and career development and management are not based on formulas.
